Cow

Us
So I made it to Bucharest! and so far I'm liking it. It's obviously a really big city, which is fun. I'm getting used to the Metro and... get this: we have a chapel! :D I'll take a picture of it tomorrow and send it to you all another day, but it's pretty legit, and very exciting to have a real chapel. My apartment is also amazing! The buch apartments are all pretty big since lots of people come stay during transfers week, but that means that the rest of the time we get a nice big, modern, apartment. My companion: Sora Kendra Heim from Washington. She's sooo awesome! I'm having a great time! She's one of the most gifted people I've ever met. She's good at anything and everything. It's awesome!

Milking a cow
Milked a Cow!
On Tuesday, it was Sora Kelly and my, last night together in Iasi. We'd set a goal at the beginning of the transfer to milk a cow. We learnt the verb for "to milk" and we'd been trying to find a way, all transfer long. Finally, on Sunday, I asked Monica if she knew anyone who owned a cow that we could milk. Since she lives la Tara I was hoping she had a neighbor with a cow, and she did! So on Tuesday evening we arrived la Tara, in the dark, freezing... Somehow the entire village and found out that two foreign girls were coming to milk a cow. So embarrassingly, everyone kept asking us about it. Monica was laughing the whole time and she was taking pictures. We went over to this little old lady's home where she had this little shack with these two cows, the mommy and the baby bull. Sora Kelly, who is terrified of all animals, held my hand as we went in. I went first, and then with a little support Sora Kelly did it too! It was so fun! :D

Bucharest
On Wednesday we arrived in Buch, Sora Kelly got her new little bobaoaca and I met up with Sora Heim. Then Thursday we had mission leadership council, where all the sister training leaders and zone leaders gather together for a big meeting with President and Sora Hill. It was a wonderfully entertaining meeting. With hilarious quotes from President, and Sora Hill. Afterwards we then got a wonderful Thanksgiving meal, and all the missionaries in Bucharest gathered together to watch Monsters University as a Thanksgiving treat. (Hilarious movie btw).

Sister Training Leader stuffs
We're going to Arad and Timisoara this week! I'm very excited, since it's been almost 7 months since I've been back to Arad.

This church is true. Fact.
